CoolnFix required a centralized system to manage repair operations, technician reporting, and documentation in the field. Existing processes relied on manual paperwork and disconnected tools, limiting operational visibility and efficiency.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a full-stack ERP platform consisting of a web-based management dashboard, a RESTful data API, and an Android application for field technicians. The mobile application supports offline operation with local SQLite storage and automatic synchronization when connectivity is restored.
